These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FrameFlow Edit website and services. By submitting a project or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

FrameFlow Edit provides professional wedding video editing services including highlight films, full-length films, rough cuts, teasers, and custom packages. The scope of each project is agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit is required before editing work begins. The deposit amount is agreed upon per project. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final video. We accept payments via Payoneer, PayPal, and bank transfer.

All fees are non-refundable once editing has commenced, except in cases where FrameFlow Edit fails to deliver the agreed service.

3. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 12–14 business days from receipt of deposit and all footage. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by late delivery of source materials.

4. Revisions

Each package includes revisions as specified in the agreed project scope. Revisions must be submitted in a single batch. Additional revision rounds beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original footage. FrameFlow Edit retains the right to use edited video samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You grant FrameFlow Edit a limited license to edit and process the footage solely for the purposes of providing the agreed service.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client footage and project details as confidential and will not share them with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

FrameFlow Edit is not liable for any loss of footage, data corruption, or damages beyond the amount paid for the service. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of all original footage.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
